Podziękowania dla O/K Neurologii
To whom it may concern
Recently (between 26/02/2023 and 06/03/2023) Mrs Renata was admitted to the Stroke Neurology Ward at the Szpital Uniwersytecki w Krakowie.
As both her closest family member and career, I was devastated when I was informed that Renata had suffered a stroke with major complications related to her carotid artery.
However, thanks to the tireless efforts of the neurology team, she has now left the hospital and is on the path to recovery.
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional care. In particular,
I would like to extend my thanks to Dr Roman Pułyk, who expertly managed the team and made decisions that were always in Renata's best interest.
His dedication and professionalism were truly outstanding.
I would also like to recognize Dr Krzysztof Melnyczuk for his highly person-centred approach in this case,
which made a significant difference to both Renata's physical and emotional well-being.
Once again, I want to express my deepest appreciation to the entire neurology team for their outstanding care and support during this difficult time.
